Admission Policies

1) Auburn Area Catholic School admits students of any race, color, gender, national, religious or ethnic origin.
2) Students with physical, intellectual or emotional needs are admitted as long as their needs can be met with reasonable accommodations on the part of the school.
3) The maximum number of students per class will be 25 for grades K-5.
4) Placement of a child from another school will be determined from previous school records and/or achievement tests.
 
Admission Requirements

1) A child must be 5 years old by October 1st to enter Kindergarten.
2) A copy of your child’s birth certificate must be on file in the school office.
3) BEFORE entering school, proof must be provided if a child’s appropriate immunizations or waiver forms as set forth by State law are on file in the school office. Immunizations are available from the Bay County Health Department at little or no cost. Please contact the Health Department with any questions or concerns regarding immunizations at 989-895-4009.
4) Results from pre-kindergarten vision and hearing testing must be on file in the school office. We offer testing annually, usually in April.
5) All children must undergo assessment prior to admittance to Kindergarten.
